Our client, a leading international consultancy based in Birmingham, is seeking an experienced, proactive, and highly organized Executive Assistant to support their Managing Director. This role offers a unique blend of executive support, strategic involvement, office management, and project coordination.
Key responsibilities include:
- Executive Support & Diary Management: Managing the MD’s busy diary, scheduling meetings, preparing for engagements, and arranging travel.
- Presentation & Document Preparation: Creating and polishing executive presentations, reports, and briefing papers.
- Numerical Analysis & Reporting: Analyzing data, generating reports, and supporting strategic decisions with financial insights.
