Join a rapidly growing international business during a pivotal phase of transformation and expansion. We’re looking for a highly organised, confident Executive Assistant to support our Board of 7 Directors and Senior Leadership Team (4 members).
Initially based in Farnham, with an office move planned to lovely, bright, and social offices in Farnborough in a couple of months.
What you’ll do:
- Provide high-level support to the Board and SLT, primarily the CEO
- Manage complex calendars, inboxes, and international travel
- Coordinate agendas, take minutes, and follow up on actions
- Organise Board meetings and related logistics
- Lead coordination of our upcoming office relocation
- Liaise with suppliers and manage internal communications
- Assist with reception duties and office facility management
- Support HR with onboarding new joiners
- Help plan and run internal and external events
What you’ll bring:
- 3+ years’ experience in executive support or operations roles
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- Strong, professional communication and interpersonal skills
- Discretion and integrity with sensitive information
- Experience with office relocations (a plus)
- Background in manufacturing or regulatory environments (a bonus)
- Flexibility to travel occasionally
