RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to drive growth across key accounts and verticals (covering Northern, Central & Eastern Europe region)
- Own and achieve sales targets through direct and channel sales, managing the full sales cycle
- Acquire new customers while expanding existing accounts via upsell and cross-sell
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline with accurate forecasting and planning
- Strengthen partnerships to drive joint go-to-market and revenue initiatives
- Monitor market trends and competition to refine pricing and positioning strategies
- Collaborate cross-functionally to accelerate deal closures and remove blockers
- Gather customer and market insights to inform business and product strategies
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of B2B sales experience
- Proven track record in direct and channel sales within tech/SaaS environments (Selling to ISPs, Hosting Service Providers, MSPs)
- Strong experience managing large accounts and driving revenue growth
- Ability to collaborate across teams and geographies
- Excellent communication skills with executive-level stakeholders
- Highly adaptable, results-driven, and comfortable in fast-paced environments
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Fluent German language skills are required for this role to support effective communication with German-speaking clients and stakeholders
