To strengthen our team, we are looking for:

  • An entrepreneurial and hands-on Country Manager with extensive hands-on experience in Procurement and/or Supply Chain.
  • As a Country Manager, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities through proactive and dynamic business development, prospecting, and relationship management.
  • The Country Manager works on both the demand and supply sides, playing an active, critical, and enthusiastic role in finding the right resources (interim managers as well as candidates for permanent positions) and sustainably building and developing the client portfolio.
  • The Country Manager will work closely with the team in Belgium and the Netherlands.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, expand, maintain, and implement business development and sales strategies.
  • Build and sustainably maintain a strong, diversified portfolio of clients & resources.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and convert them into initiatives leading to concrete growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships & account management with clients, partners, interim managers, candidates, and other stakeholders.
  • Develop, build, and coach a team of professionals who can ensure sustainable growth.

Your Profile:

  • Academic level education, or equivalent through experience.
  • Commercial & sales-oriented, preferably in the relevant field of procurement & supply chain.
  • Entrepreneurial with 10+ years of proven experience, part of which in a commercial role.
  • Strategist with a hands-on mentality, a thinking doer who (in the first phase) also takes on operational tasks.
  • Experience in Search / Headhunting and/or Interim Management in Procurement and/or Supply Chain is a plus.
  • Excellent commercial, communication, and interpersonal skills, collegial.
  • Proactive and result-oriented attitude with a track record of achieving goals and growth.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, driven and passionate about delivery.
  • Strong communicator, networker, and relationship builder, able to convert prospects into sales in a connecting manner.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic international work environment (Uk - Europe).
  • Perfectly English, other languages are a plus.
