PROGRESSIO (part of Fourcentric) is a leading full-service provider in Supply Chain, Procurement & Legal. We offer temporary solutions, interim management, and consulting, as well as senior & executive search (headhunting).
An entrepreneurial and hands-on Country Manager with extensive hands-on experience in Procurement and/or Supply Chain is required.
As a Country Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Developing new business opportunities through proactive and dynamic business development, prospecting, and relationship management.
- Working on both the demand and supply sides, playing an active, critical, and enthusiastic role in finding the right resources (interim managers as well as candidates for permanent positions) and sustainably building and developing the client portfolio.
- Working closely with the team in Belgium and the Netherlands.
- Developing, expanding, maintaining, and implementing business development and sales strategies.
- Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities and convert them into initiatives leading to concrete growth.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships & account management with clients, partners, interim managers, candidates, and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Academic level education, or equivalent through experience.
- Commercial & sales-oriented, preferably in the relevant field of procurement & supply chain.
- Entrepreneurial with 10+ years of proven experience, part of which in a commercial role.
- Experience in Search / Headhunting and/or Interim Management in Procurement and/or Supply Chain is a plus.
- Excellent commercial, communication, and interpersonal skills, collegial.
- Perfectly English, other languages are a plus.
