As a 1:1 SEND Teaching Assistant you will provide support to students with special educational needs, assisting in their learning and personal development within the classroom setting. This role involves working closely with not only the student but also the Teachers, Parents, SENDCO and Specialists to create an inclusive and supportive educational environment. This role will include supporting students with a variety of learning difficulties including Autism, ADHD, Non-verbal as well as students with multiple learning difficulties or challenging behaviour.
