We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated SEMH Teaching Assistant to join our team and provide quality support and care to our pupils. You will work closely with teachers, support staff, and students to provide targeted support and encouragement, helping students achieve their potential in a supportive and structured environment. Key Responsibilities: Assist teachers in planning and delivering tailored lessons and activities to students with SEMH & SEN. Provide one-on-one support and small group interventions to students. Manage and de-escalate challenging behaviours in line with school policies and best practices. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes students' social and emotional development. Monitor and track students' progress and provide feedback to teachers and parents. Work collaboratively with teachers, support staff, and external agencies to ensure students' needs are met. Contribute to the planning and delivery of personalized learning plans for students.
