Progress Teachers are working in partnership with a local Mainstream Secondary School in Nottingham to recruit a skilled and reliable Administrator to join their team from September 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a supportive school environment and contribute to the smooth daily running of key administrative functions. Key Responsibilities: * Acting as the first point of contact at reception for visitors, students, and families. * Answering phone and email enquiries, passing on messages efficiently. * Updating and managing student information systems and internal databases across a range of areas (attendance, progress, behaviour etc.) * Assisting with event coordination, school communications, and routine office duties. * Supporting teachers and senior staff with administrative tasks as needed. * Handling filing, printing, data entry, and general office organisation. Qualifications & Experience: * Strong organisational and communication skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Access and other office software * Experience in a school environment or educational setting is desireable * Ability to manage administrative tasks efficiently * Strong interpersonal skills to interact with students, parents, and staff
