What are we looking for from you?
- Engagement Skills: Ability to engage learners and support their ambitions.

- Academic Background: Degree in a relevant teaching subject; equivalent for SEN is desirable.
- Core Teaching Qualifications: QTS/QTLS or willing to work toward it; specialist qualification desirable.
- Experience: Experience in a school environment; secondary school experience a plus.
- Teaching Subjects: English, Maths, and Science proficiency, minimum grade 4/C or higher.

About the School: Progress Schools – Wolverhampton supports approximately 15 pupils on roll, part of the national group of 13 independent OFSTED‑regulated schools. The core team consists of a Head of School, three teachers, and two support staff, with additional regional and national support.
