Product Portfolio:
- Cleanroom and medical consumables β sterile and non-sterile products used in cleanrooms and healthcare settings.
- Filtration devices β including custom inline disc filters protecting sensitive equipment or processes from contamination.
- Drug prep and transfer devices β sterile syringes, venting and transfer devices.
- PPE & protective supplies β gowns, gloves and accessories for clean and aseptic workspaces.

As the Product Manager you will be the focal point / product champion for a diverse range of consumables used by NHS hospitals, pharmaceutical manufacturers, laboratories and cleanroom facilities across the UK and internationally. The products support aseptic production, contamination control, and safe clinical practices. The role is heavily commercially focused - supporting direct sales, building advocacy (KOL) networks and supporting business development through market knowledge, market analysis and campaign management. This is a highly visible role that combines customer engagement, data-driven decision-making and cross-functional leadership to drive commercial success and innovation.
You will manage the full product lifecycle, from concept and development through to launch, post-market support and surveillance, while working closely with Sales, Marketing, NPD, Quality and Regulatory teams. You will take ownership for commercial success and drive sales through the Account Management team through in-depth product knowledge and commercial acumen.
