Role: Our client is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Nutrition Product Specialist to promote and educate about the cholesterol lowering effects of their range of products to healthcare professionals in primary care and secondary care settings across the UK. As a representative of our company, you will play a critical role in building relationships, increasing HCP recommendation rate, and increasing brand awareness within the healthcare industry.
The sales will be made to key decision-makers in healthcare facilities, including hospitals, clinics, professional bodies and general practices, including ICBs. The role will include:
- Conducting product presentations, detailing the benefits and features of products, and addressing any queries or concerns from healthcare professionals.
- Identifying new business opportunities and developing strategic plans to expand market penetration within the assigned territory.
- Collaborating with internal teams to develop and execute sales strategies, promotional activities, and educational programs targeted towards healthcare professionals.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends, competitors' activities, and emerging healthcare needs to effectively position products and differentiate them from competitors.
- Monitoring sales performance, analysing data, and preparing regular reports on sales activities, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Planning, logistics and execution of conferences, trade shows, and other industry events to network with healthcare professionals and promote the brand.
- Providing training and educational support to healthcare professionals on the usage, benefits, and proper administration of products.
Candidate: The candidate for this role will have 12 months medical sales experience and knowledge of selling to various stakeholders (hospital, GP and ICB) within the NHS.
