With a reputation for excellence within the Surgical, GI, Radiology, Orthopaedic, Endoscopic and Regional Anaesthesia markets, the company is known for innovation and rewarding successful sales professionals.
- Location: Scotland
- Salary: £45-55k Basic Salary / £24k Commission / Excellent package including car corporate benefits. No car allowance is available – High Quality company car only.
Role – The role will see the appointed person sell a range of Endoscopic solutions (scopes and consumables). Considerable time is spent in GI and minimally invasive procedures with clinical professionals discussing the features and benefits in a scrub setting. In addition, the role demands an exceptional negotiator who can navigate the hospital buying process and ensure revenue and margin are maintained from territory. A mixture of new business and account management, this is a home based, targeted, sales role that requires extensive travel throughout the territory.
Candidate requirements –
- Previous experience selling endoscopic solutions OR endoscopy reprocessing solutions/services.
- Strong track record of success.
- Surgeon led sales/surgeon led clinical knowledge.
- Motivated, determined and money hungry.
Applicants will have worked as - Territory Manager / Sales Representative / Account Manager / Business Development Manager / Sales Specialist / ODA / ODP or similar. Experience selling in theatre is essential.
