This truly is a one-off opportunity! Working with a dynamic and disruptive global Medical Device business the International Business Development Director – EMEA and N. America – will be responsible for driving revenue and growth through not traditional / inorganic opportunities. Specifically, this will involve the identification, engagement, negotiation, risk / reward assessment and closure of opportunities within – * Joint Ventures * Strategic Alliances * Mergers and Acquisitions * Identification and development of new clinical areas of opportunity Working at C-Suite level with both internal and external stakeholders the appointed person will have significant autonomy for (and responsibility for reporting on) * International non-traditional Business Development Strategy * Targeting and researching opportunities * Negotiating and executing transactions * Leading BD governance processes * Current clinical exposure / market areas – * Ultrasound * Endoscopy * Infection Prevention * Additional clinical uses sought and possible Company – * An innovative, global, medical device company dedicated to improving the safety of patients, clinics, their staff and the environment by transforming the way infection prevention practices are understood and conducted.
