The Role – Woundcare Territory Manager
As a field-based Territory Manager, you will promote a respected woundcare portfolio across Primary, Community, and Secondary care settings. You’ll work with healthcare professionals and decision-makers to improve patient outcomes while growing your territory and building a strong commercial presence.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Building relationships with specialist nurses, practice nurses, procurement teams and key NHS stakeholders
- Creating and executing account business plans aligned with NHS objectives
- Winning new business and developing existing accounts
- Driving growth within acute and surgical settings
- Identifying key brands, focus accounts, and data-driven opportunities
- Gathering market intelligence (competitor, formulary, framework and NHS insights)
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and GDPR requirements
Who We’re Looking For:
This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is hungry to succeed in medical sales. You might be:
- A graduate with 12 months field sales experience looking to enter medical sales
- A clinician (Nurse, Physiotherapist, etc.) wanting to transition into commercial healthcare
- Someone with exposure to woundcare or medical environments (advantageous)
You’ll also have:
- Degree education (Life Science or Business preferred)
- Strong commercial awareness and professionalism
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Analytical and numerical confidence
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Drive, resilience, and a proactive mindset
