A leading medical supplies organisation offering a wide portfolio of market-leading clinical solutions is seeking a driven Medical Sales Representative. Renowned for excellence across GI, Radiology, Orthopaedics, Endoscopy, and Regional Anaesthesia, the company has built a strong reputation for innovation and for rewarding high-performing sales professionals.

Location: National (UK-wide)

Salary: to £50k basic + £35,000 commission

Package: Company car + comprehensive corporate benefits

Our client is looking for a Territory Manager to drive growth across the Southwest region, developing strategic partnerships and delivering innovative medical imaging solutions to healthcare providers.

The Role

As Territory Manager, you will take full ownership of your region—developing new business, managing key accounts, and delivering against ambitious sales and growth targets. You’ll work closely with clinicians, procurement teams, and internal stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor while positioning the business as the partner of choice.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Driving sales growth and delivering against revenue and margin targets
  • Building and managing strong relationships across NHS and private healthcare accounts
  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities within your territory
  • Creating and executing strategic business plans with senior leadership
  • Managing your pipeline and reporting activity via CRM (SAP)
  • Staying ahead of market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies
  • Representing client at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in sales, ideally within healthcare, medical devices, or clinical environments
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to manage a territory P&L
  • Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach with strong organisational ability
  • Confidence working independently in a field-based role
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel (including occasional overnight stays)

Bonus if you have:

  • Experience in radiology or vascular/interventional care
  • Knowledge of NHS and private healthcare procurement processes
