Role
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for the sales of clinical solutions including procedure packs, dressing packs, drapes, gowns and single use instruments. The role involves both new business and account management within the assigned territory, with a significant focus on training clients and aligning them with the company. Elements of in‑theatre sales are expected, and key contacts will include procurement, nurses, ODA’s, surgeons and other members of the theatre team. The role is home‑based and will require significant travel, including occasional nights away, to ensure effective territory management.
Applicant Profile
Applicants are currently selling into the hospital market (operating theatres) or have related experience. Experience with single use surgical/procedure packs is preferred. New‑business focused with a proven ability to close business. Hard‑working, ethical, and capable of developing strong working relationships with clinical and procurement staff. Self‑motivated, target/objective‑focused, and interested in furthering a career in medical device sales.
