We’re looking for a driven, curious, and resilient Business Development Representative (BDR) to help expand our clients' footprint in the dynamic life sciences sector — including pharmaceuticals, biotech, CDMOs, and personal care companies. If you’re energized by meaningful conversations, thrive on building relationships, and want to sell solutions that directly impact compliance, quality, and patient safety — this is your opportunity.
The Opportunity
As a BDR, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective clients seeking specialized, regulatory-compliant software solutions such as:
- Digital Logbooks
- MES / Electronic Batch Records
- Cleaning Validation Systems
- Other GxP-compliant solutions
Your mission? Identify. Engage. Qualify. Create Opportunity.
You’ll build a high-quality sales pipeline and set the stage for our Account Executives to close transformative deals.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Prospecting & Lead Generation - Identify and research target accounts in pharma, biotech, CDMOs, and personal care. Use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Co-Pilot, and CRM platforms to uncover high-value prospects.
- Outreach & Engagement - Launch personalized cold calls, targeted email campaigns, and social selling strategies. Spark meaningful conversations that open doors.
- Lead Qualification - Conduct discovery conversations to understand regulatory challenges and operational pain points. Navigate topics like GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, and Annex 11 with confidence. Apply qualification frameworks (BANT, CHAMP) to ensure strong opportunity fit.
- Meeting Handoff - Schedule high-quality meetings and demos for Account Executives. Ensure seamless information transfer and context-rich handovers.
- CRM Excellence - Maintain detailed records in CRM systems (e.g., Dynamics/Salesforce). Track progress, pipeline health, and reporting metrics.
- Cross-Team Collaboration - Work closely with Sales and Marketing to refine messaging and optimize campaigns. Share valuable market insights from prospect interactions.
- Hit (and Exceed) Targets - Meet monthly and quarterly quotas for qualified meetings and pipeline contribution.
What You Bring
- 1–2+ years in sales, marketing, or business development (B2B software or life sciences preferred)
- Exceptional communication skills — you can simplify complex technical and regulatory topics
- Experience with CRM systems (Dynamics/Salesforce) and sales tools (Sales Navigator, engagement platforms)
- Resilience, drive, and a results-focused mindset

- Comfort working independently and within a fast-paced team
- Creative thinking when overcoming objections
Bonus Points
- Degree in Biotechnology, Biology, Biomedical Sciences, or related technical discipline
- Experience selling regulated software or SaaS
- Fluency in a European language
Why Join Us?
- Work at the intersection of technology and life sciences innovation
- Engage with industry leaders shaping the future of compliance and manufacturing
- Develop deep expertise in a high-demand, high-growth sector
- Clear pathway toward Account Executive or strategic sales roles
- Be part of a collaborative, ambitious, and impact-driven team
