We’re looking for a commercially driven and clinically credible Surgical Sales Territory Manager to take ownership of a high-potential region across Scotland. Key products will include operating theatre tables, anaesthesia devices, patient warming and cooling solutions and surgical headlights.
This is a dynamic, field-based role where you’ll work closely with healthcare professionals in theatre environments—demonstrating cutting-edge surgical technologies, supporting trials, and influencing product adoption. What You’ll Be Doing
- Own and grow your territory – develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed targets
- Promote an advanced surgical portfolio including bone scalpels, retractors, dopplers, and specialist surgical devices
- Build strong clinical relationships with surgeons, theatre staff, and procurement teams
- Deliver hands-on product demonstrations and support trials in operating theatre
