Senior Product Manager / Marketing Manager – Respiratory Solutions

Role Overview:

The Senior Product Manager / Marketing Manager for Respiratory Solutions will spearhead local market activities in the UK, promoting a range of premium medical devices within the respiratory sector. The role involves engaging with a diverse audience of clinical professionals, payers, and procurement teams across the ICB/CCG and hospital sectors. This is a multifaceted marketing role encompassing:

– Data Analysis

– Strategy and Conception

– Implementation and Execution

– Ongoing Project Management

– Post-Rollout Review

Key Responsibilities:

– Develop and manage a strategic product roadmap.

– Drive the lifecycle of products from inception to end-of-life, including detailed launch plans.

– Attend and participate in industry congresses and events.

– Cultivate relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to gather market insights and trends.

– Produce blog articles, White Papers, and Sales & Marketing updates.

– Plan sales promotions and identify opportunities for social media and website campaigns.

– Derive insights from business trends, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to inform product development.

Essential Skills and Experience:

– Proven experience as a Product Manager in the medical device or pharmaceutical sector.

– Strong background in marketing products or drugs that treat long-term, complex conditions.

– Expertise in developing effective marketing strategies based on quality rather than price.

– Excellent skills in KOL and advocate development.

– Creative and capable of full product ownership, working seamlessly with internal and external stakeholders.
