Product Manager / Sales Specialist – Cleanroom solutions

Access to Luton office x 2 weekly

Product lines

  • Cleanroom and medical consumables — sterile and non-sterile products used in cleanrooms and healthcare settings.
  • Filtration devices — including custom inline disc filters protecting sensitive equipment or processes from contamination.
  • Drug prep and transfer devices — sterile syringes, venting and transfer devices.
  • PPE & protective supplies — gowns, gloves and accessories for clean and aseptic workspaces.
  • Cold chain solutions — carrier systems for vaccines, blood and temperature-sensitive materials.
  • Veterinary products — consumables tailored to animal healthcare applications.

As the Product Manager you will be the focal point / product champion for a diverse range consumables used by NHS hospitals, pharmaceutical manufacturers, laboratories and cleanroom facilities across the UK and internationally. The products support aseptic production, contamination control, and safe clinical practices. The role is heavily commercially focused – supporting direct sales, building advocacy (KOL) networks and driving business development. In addition, it will offer the appointed person the chance to develop / further their experience in the marketing / product development sector. This is a highly visible role that combines customer engagement, data-driven decision-making and cross-functional leadership to drive commercial success and innovation.

You will manage the full product lifecycle, from concept and development through to launch, post-market support and surveillance, while working closely with Sales, Marketing, NPD, Quality and Regulatory teams. You will take ownership for commercial success and drive sale through the Account Management team through in-depth product knowledge and commercial acumen.

About You

For this role we are seeking a successful sales (or sales and marketing professional) who is looking to move into Product Ownership / Product Management. Candidates will be considered from the following sectors –

  • Cleanroom sales
  • Medical Device Sales
  • Laboratory Sales.

Experience driving / developing business is key – if this is allied with Marketing that is amazing, however the role will offer successful sales professionals the opportunity to move into a more marketing focused role. All applicants will be passionate about KOL /Advocacy network development and be interested in NPD (new product development).
