We are partnering with a world-renowned medical device organisation at the forefront of drug delivery and respiratory therapy solutions. As Country Manager for the UK, you will take full ownership of the national business, leading a high-performing team across Sales, Marketing, and Market Access & Innovation. This is a pivotal leadership role where you will shape strategy, unlock growth opportunities, and deliver outstanding commercial results.
- Driving and exceeding national sales and profit targets
- Building and strengthening relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals and opinion leaders
A degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field
~10+ years of progressive experience within the medical devices sector
~Experience of various routes to market – Primary, ICB, Hospital and ideally B2C / retail.
~A strong track record in sales leadership.
