Leading a team of five Key Account Managers who sell a gold standard haemostasis / wound management solution into the NHS and Private hospital space. With a current revenue responsibility in the millions the National Sales Manager will be responsible for all aspects of recruitment, motivation, performance review and development of their team. We are looking for a candidate who is motivated, driven and able to drive additional revenue hugely. This role is expected to see the appointed person spend up to 80% of their time in the field with the team developing their skills and ensuring they deliver against target. Applicants for this role will have 10 years + Surgical commercial sales experience. 3-5 years proven sales leadership / management Able to demonstrate exceptional sales achievements IT IS ESSENTIAL THAT CANDISATE HAVE SURGICAL / IN-THEATRE / OPERATING ROOM EXPERIECNE Haemostasis experience / theatre based wound closure sales experience VERY advantageous.
