- Territory: East of the M1 including Northampton, Cambridge, Bedford, Sheffield, East Anglia, Luton, and around Birmingham.
- Salary: £45,000-£60,000 basic + £12,500 commission with over-rider + benefits including a £7,000 annual car allowance.

Role Details:
The Business Development Manager / Key Account Manager will sell market-leading Haemostasis solutions directly into surgical settings, targeting General Surgery, Cardiothoracic, Neurosurgery, Urosurgery, and other major blood loss surgeries. Responsibilities include new business development, account management, client training, and aligning clients with the company\’s solutions. The role involves in-theatre sales and building relationships with surgeons, procurement, nurses, and ODAs. It is home-based, with significant travel and some overnight stays.
- Minimum 3+ years surgical sales experience (theatre-based)
- Thorough knowledge of NHS and private hospital sectors
- Motivated, driven, and excellent sales skills, with a focus on closing business
