As a Property Services Coordinator, you’ll support the delivery of high‑quality repairs and maintenance services across Progress Housing Group’s homes, ensuring a responsive and customer‑focused service. You’ll work within a supportive, collaborative property services team, benefiting from hybrid working arrangements that combine home and office flexibility.
Working closely with Managers, Surveyors, Technical Officers and Team Leaders, you’ll provide coordination and administrative support, including:
- raising and tracking repairs
- monitoring performance
- managing complaints
- reviewing KPI data to support service improvements
You’ll be the key link between planning teams, contractors, colleagues and customers, ensuring systems are accurate and communication is clear. The role focuses on customer satisfaction, value for money and quality, helping to deliver work on time, within budget and to a high standard.
What You’ll Need
- Proven administrative experience, ideally in a Property Association or repairs‑related role
- Knowledge of housing management systems, processes and relevant legislation
- Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work with colleagues, contractors and customers
- Strong commitment to putting customers first and delivering consistently high‑quality service
- Ability to work under pressure, managing priorities in line with set KPIs
- Confidence to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Good digital skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook and effective file management
- Strong time‑management abilities, with capacity to juggle a varied and sometimes reactive workload
