Independent Living Co‑ordinator – Progress Housing Group
Salary: ÂŁ26,198 per annum. Base pay is ÂŁ26,198; actual pay is based on your experience and skills.
Location: Lytham St Annes / Hybrid – working across our schemes.
Hours: 36.25 hours per week.
Contract: Permanent.
Vehicle: You must have your own vehicle and a valid driving licence.
About The Role
Make a real difference to people’s lives by supporting the independence and wellbeing of our residents. You will create a safe, welcoming, and empowering environment for tenants, listening with empathy and ensuring that every person feels valued and respected in their home.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support across the Lytham St Annes and occasionally Fylde and South Ribble areas.
- Work independently, prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
- Build meaningful connections with residents and respond to individual needs.
Qualifications & Experience
- Positive and friendly approach.
- Strong team working ethos.
- Self‑motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Effective time‑management and organisational skills.
- Driving licence and full access to own vehicle.
