Progress Housing Group is seeking a Tenancy Sustainability Officer to support customers moving into new-build homes, access the right support, and maximise income to sustain tenancies.

You will manage a caseload, deliver tailored support plans, and work with internal teams and external agencies to prevent rent arrears and tenancy failure.

This six-month fixed-term role offers agile working, local travel, and a competitive salary in the North West.
