Progress Housing Group is seeking an Income Collection Officer to join our Housing Operations team on a fixed-term basis of 12 months, with 36.25 hours per week. You will work with tenants to manage rent accounts, arrange payments, and access support to sustain tenancies, with a focus on early intervention and customer-focused solutions.
This role offers agile working with the ability to work predominantly from home after onboarding, occasional travel within the patch, and a strong commitment to supporting our tenants.
