We’re now looking for a Project Lead to join our Progress Lifeline team on a permanent basis. If you’re organised, proactive, and enjoy managing projects that make a real impact, we’d love to hear from you.
About the role
As a Project Lead, you’ll play a key role in delivering a range of projects across Progress Lifeline - from service improvements and new service implementations to wider operational initiatives. You’ll be responsible for planning and coordinating projects from start to finish, ensuring actions are clearly defined, tracked, and delivered on time. Working closely with operational teams, digital services, and senior leaders, you’ll help ensure projects are well managed, risks are identified, and outcomes are achieved. The role involves maintaining project documentation, monitoring progress, and supporting colleagues to deliver key actions. You’ll also contribute to reporting and continuous improvement, helping to shape how services develop over time. This is an agile role, with at least one day per week in the office alongside meetings and collaboration with key stakeholders. As the role involves travelling to sites, attending external events and working with teams across different locations, a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential.

- A proactive approach to problem solving and delivering solutions
- Confidence working with data and using it to inform decisions
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Full U.K Driving Licence with access to own vehicle
- Knowledge of the telecare sector or similar service environments
- Experience supporting service improvement or change initiatives
