We’re looking for an Independent Living Coordinator to join our team on a permanent basis. If you’re compassionate, proactive, and motivated by supporting people to live well, we’d love to hear from you.
As an Independent Living Coordinator, you’ll help create safe, supportive and welcoming environments for our tenants. You’ll build positive relationships with residents, respond to enquiries, provide day-to-day support, and help people access the services they need to live independently. This is a full-time, permanent position (36.25 hours per week), with travel around Leyland and South Ribble to provide cover when needed. To support flexibility and responsiveness, a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential. You may also be asked to provide support at other nearby schemes, ensuring continuity of care and a high-quality service for all tenants.
