The role
- As an experienced transformation leader, you will establish and lead our Group-wide transformation programme, shaping the future of our organisation through digital innovation, service redesign and business improvement.
- You will work closely with the Executive Team and Board to identify and deliver transformational change that improves customer outcomes, colleague experience, organisational performance and value for money.
- You will create and drive a strategic transformation roadmap, ensuring change initiatives are aligned to business priorities, supported by effective governance, and deliver measurable outcomes.
- You will champion innovation, technology, automation and AI, leading major programmes including the replacement of our Housing Management System and helping to shape the Group's future operating model.
Essential - What we’re looking for
- Degree-level qualification (or equivalent experience) with evidence of continuing professional development.
- Proven experience leading large-scale organisational transformation across people, processes, technology and culture.
- Experience developing and delivering transformation strategies, roadmaps and measurable business outcomes.
- Strong understanding of organisational, digital and business transformation, including technology-enabled change.
- Ability to influence, challenge and advise Executive Teams, Boards and senior stakeholders.
Desirable
- Professional qualification in organisational development, Lean Six Sigma, programme management or executive leadership.
- Experience within social housing or another highly regulated, customer-focused sector.
