Location: Leyland, covering the North West

Hours: 39 hours per week

We’re now looking for a skilled Joiner to join our Property Services team on a fixed-term / secondment basis until 31 March 2027. About The Joiner Role

As our Joiner / Maintenance Joiner, you’ll carry out a wide range of joinery repairs, maintenance and installation work across our properties, both internally and externally. This is a mobile role covering the Northwest, so you’ll need to be organised, reliable and confident working independently.

You’ll be responsible for delivering excellent workmanship across responsive and planned repairs, ensuring every job is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard. You’ll also play an important role in providing a positive customer experience by keeping appointments, communicating clearly, and treating customers and their homes with respect.

What We’re Looking For

To succeed in this Joiner role, you’ll need:

  • A recognised joinery qualification such as NVQ or City & Guilds
  • A full UK driving licence
  • Experience completing a broad range of joinery work, including internal and external repairs
  • Good knowledge of health and safety
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • The ability to work independently and manage your workload effectively
