About the role
Are you a skilled Joiner who takes pride in quality workmanship? This is your chance to join a team that values your expertise and supports you to do your best work.
Covering the North West, you’ll carry out a variety of joinery repairs, maintenance, and installation work across our properties - both internally and externally. You’ll work to a high standard, keep appointments on track, and make sure customers are kept informed throughout.
Providing a great service is key. You’ll communicate clearly with customers and colleagues, treat people and their homes with respect, and ensure work is completed safely in line with all relevant regulations and standards.
Alongside your day-to-day role, you’ll complete job records accurately, work collaboratively with others, and take part in the out-of-hours rota to support emergency repairs when needed.

What We Are Looking For
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A recognised joinery qualification (NVQ/City & Guilds) or be time served
- A full UK driving licence
- Experience carrying out a range of joinery work (internal and external)
- Good understanding of health and safety
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your workload effectively
