About The Role
As an Independent Living Coordinator, you’ll help create safe, supportive and welcoming environments for our tenants. You’ll build positive relationships with a variety of residents, respond to enquiries, provide day-to-day support, and help people access the services they need to live independently. This is a full-time, permanent position (36.25 hours per week), with the opportunity to make a meaningful impact across our Independent Living schemes in Penwortham, with additional travel around South Ribble to provide cover when needed. To support flexibility and responsiveness, a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential. You may also be asked to provide support at other nearby schemes, ensuring continuity of care and a high-quality service for all tenants.

- Experience supporting older people (aged 55+)
