We’re looking for an Independent Living Coordinator to join our Housing Operations team on a permanent basis. If you’re organised, proactive, have your own vehicle, and are ready to support the care and wellbeing of our residents, we’d love to hear from you.
Salary: £26,198 per year.
Location: Bamber Bridge / Hybrid – working across our schemes.
Hours: 36.25 hours per week.
Contract: Permanent.
Responsibilities
- As the trusted point of contact for tenants, you will offer personalised support that promotes independence and wellbeing.
- You will build strong relationships, respond with empathy and care, and ensure every individual feels respected and valued in their home.
- Providing tailored support to tenants to maintain independence and confidence.
- Fostering a welcoming environment that encourages social engagement and community spirit.
- Responding to individual needs with compassion and professionalism.
- Travelling across Bamber Bridge schemes and occasionally providing cover in Fylde and South Ribble areas using your own vehicle.
