About the Role
We’re now looking for an experienced Gas Team Leader to join our team on a Full Time Permanent basis. This role offers full‑time hours (36.25 hours per week).
In this role, you’ll split your time between working on‑site and managing team performance from one of our Leyland offices.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee gas servicing, repairs, and installations while ensuring high standards of customer service.
- Handle sickness, performance management, and any conduct issues.
- Conduct audits, manage workloads, and ensure the team meets targets.
- Prioritise tasks effectively and deliver excellent service to valued customers.
What We’re Looking For
- Recent hands‑on experience in the gas industry covering all aspects of gas repairs, maintenance, and installations.
- ACS accreditation, including CCN1, CEN1, CKR1, WAT1, HTR1.
- Leadership experience managing a team of multi‑skilled gas engineers, driving performance, and supporting development.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal, and proficiency in Maths and English.
- A solid understanding of health and safety regulations, including construction safety, asbestos awareness, and fire risk compliance.
- A full UK driving licence.
