About the role

As an Estate Caretaker, you’ll play a key role in maintaining clean, safe and welcoming environments across our housing estates.

You’ll carry out regular estate inspections, ensuring communal areas, open spaces and shared facilities are well maintained and free from issues such as fly tipping.

You’ll also complete fire safety and compliance checks, reporting and following up any concerns.

The role involves responding to tenant enquiries, supporting community initiatives, and working closely with colleagues and partners to resolve issues.

You’ll also carry out minor repairs and help ensure that properties and communal areas remain in good condition.

This is a site-based role covering a wide geographical area, so you’ll need to be flexible and able to work independently while managing your own workload effectively.
