You will learn how to perform risk assessments, carry out welfare visits, and when required, lift customers using specialist lifting equipment. Initial and ongoing training is comprehensive. This is carried out during daytime hours, and you must be able to commit to attending if successful in your application for the role. Our teams are made up of a variety of people with different backgrounds and previous experience.
