As an Emergency Home Responder, you will be at the heart of providing critical support to our customers when they need it most. Whether you are assessing an emergency situation or offering reassurance and comfort, your role will be dynamic and hands-on. When not attending emergency calls, you will play a key part in maintaining and replacing telecare equipment in the area, ensuring our services run smoothly.
In addition to flexibility, we offer comprehensive training in all aspects of the role, including the moving and handling of customers who have fallen, performing risk assessments, First Aid and the use of all equipment. What You Will Bring:

What We Offer:
- Hours to suit you. We have bank (casual) positions available
- A daily standby payment of Β£25.58 when on shift with an additional call out payment of Β£18.00 per hour for the first 90 minutes
- Mileage allowance of Β£0.45 per mile
