Progress Care Solutions is a leading provider of residential care services for vulnerable young adults with complex needs and disabilities.

We are recruiting a cook to take responsibility for preparing and cooking well balanced, high quality, freshly cooked nutritional meals for the young adults we care for which meets their personal preferences, dietary needs, cultural needs and intolerances.

The role will be based in the residential home setting and will include:

  • Menu planning
  • Shopping
  • Cooking evening meals
  • Maintaining high levels of cleanliness within the kitchen

The ideal candidate will have a real passion and flair for cooking a variety of fresh food. Previous cooking experience with a similar setting is desirable and some experience or understanding of children with disabilities is also highly desirable.
