With high success rates and a proven track record in placement stability, increasing resilience and reducing dependency, we can blend a range of services together to provide seamless transitions through residential, foster care, semi-independent and independent living.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the team as a Team Leader in one of our new Residential Services homes. Progress has established specialist residential services for children and young people with moderate to severe learning disabilities, Autism, ADHD and associated behavioural challenges. Children accommodated at the home may also present with aspects of Mental Health. The home is part of a growing range of flexible services provided by Progress Care Solutions aimed at children and young people with a varying degree of disability, with options to transition into foster care, independent living or return home with support.

We are now looking for ambitious, aspirational and inspirational experienced Qualified residential Team Leaders, or existing Deputy Managers who are looking for a new challenge with a forward thinking and growing company who are ready to take on a Team Leader position and develop their career pathway.

For this post you will support the registered manager for your home ensuring it meets the standards set by the Regulatory Body, whilst also providing the highest quality of care and support to your children and young people. You must be an experienced, creative and competent leader who can work well on their own initiative, and have supervisory experience, good budgetary management and business management skills. You must hold the QCF level 3 and be willing to work towards Leadership and Management and QCF level 5 Care or equivalent (Social work qualifications or nursing qualifications would also be accepted) and have competent IT skills and access to your own transport.
