This is a dual role; you will be working as a Support Worker in our 6 bedded Young Adults residential service for short term stays and respite breaks as well as supporting young adults out in the community. You will be caring for adults between the ages of 16 – 25. The service provides care and support for individuals who have severe disabilities, acquired brain injuries and complex health needs who require 24-hour specialist care and support. You will be working early shifts, late shifts, long days and the rota does include alternate weekends. You will assist the management team in maintaining a safe and enabling environment that provides positive experiences to the adults accessing the service. To empower and enable adults to achieve their individual goals and full potential and strive towards building confidence and independence.
