Location: Wolverhampton and Dudley area
Hourly rate: £12.30 plus
Hours: Up to 36 hrs per week, minimum 3 shifts per week
We are recruiting support workers to work with adults with learning disabilities and other needs in our supported living service. This role involves monitoring and responding to the needs of the adults we support, administering medication, and performing cleaning and laundry duties. The role requires lone working and comfort with this environment.
Responsibilities- Monitor and support adults with learning disabilities over each night shift (10pm–7am, sometimes until 9am)
- Respond to needs and administer medications as required
- Perform cleaning and laundry duties
- Work safely and independently (lone working)
- Previous experience in care or support work with adults with learning disabilities
- Experience working at different locations
- Valid driving licence (ideally) and reliable car for transport
- Ability to work independently and in lone working situations
Shift details: Full‑time Waking Nights opportunities in Wolverhampton and Dudley area starting at 10pm to 7:00am, with flexibility sometimes required until 9am.
