You will be working as a Support Worker in our 6 bedded Adults residential service in the heart of Wednesbury town centre, accessible to local amenities and convenient for local public transport links. You will be caring for Young Adults between the ages of 18 – 40. The service provides care and support for individuals who have Learning Disabilities and physical, sensory and invasive care needs.

As a support worker, you will support the management team to maintain a safe and enabling environment that provides positive experiences to the adults who are accessing the service. Your role will be to encourage them to develop new skills and to be the best that they can be, whilst also providing the highest quality of care and support to our people.

You will be caring, compassionate, have a fantastic work ethic and be able to work on your own initiative, whilst following the support and care plans provided for the people we support.
