The predicted salary is between 12 - 16 Β£ per hour.

Location: Dudley/Wolverhampton Area

Hourly rate: starting from Β£12.30 per hr

Hours: Minimum of 3 shifts per week, or up to 38 hours per week

Due to expansion and growth we are recruiting support workers to work with adults with learning disabilities and other needs, in the Hub, our supported living service. We are seeking inspirational, caring and motivated people who believe they can make a difference in the lives of the adults that we support.

The role:

As a Support worker with Progress, you will be working with adults within our Supported living services. This role will involve supporting Adults with disabilities and/or additional needs in your care over the shift, responding to their needs including personal care and administering medication. You will be supporting them at home as well as enabling them to access the community, this could be engaging in fun activities such as going to the gym, cinema, bowling etc., attending appointments, or going shopping. Please note this role will involve lone working so you will need to be comfortable with this.

We have full time and part time (or a min 3 shifts per week) in the Wolverhampton and Dudley area. Days shifts can be a mixture of Earlies 7am - 3pm, lates 3pm - 10pm, or Long Days. You will need to be available to work all of the above and be available to work every other weekend. You will need to have previous experience of supporting Adults with Learning Disabilities and will involve working at different locations in the Wolverhampton and Dudley area therefore it is beneficial if you are a car driver, however this is not essential.
