We're hiring entry-level Recruitment Consultant roles across the UK to join award-winning recruitment agencies through Programme One. This is a sales-focused recruitment role (not HR or admin) offering high earning potential, commission, and fast career progression.

The Role

  • Generate new business through cold calling, video calls, email, and networking
  • Build and manage relationships with candidates and clients
  • Develop expertise in a specialist market (e.g. Tech, Finance, Legal, Life Sciences)
  • Source candidates via job boards and LinkedIn
  • Manage KPIs, targets, and pipeline activity
  • Conduct virtual and face-to-face interviews and client meetings
