Each agency has full-time entry-level Recruitment Consultant roles ready for anyone who is interested. All agencies specialise in different sectors and have offices located across the whole UK.

Requirements:

  • Generating sales leads through pro-active phone and video calls, e-mail and networking events
  • Building strong relationships with candidates and clients to maintain and develop your network and talent pool
  • Learning about your sector to become a specialist and seen as a trusted Recruitment Consultant
  • Generating talent through online job boards and social media channels such as LinkedIn
  • Managing your targets
  • Holding virtual and face to face client meetings and candidate interviews
