We partner with leading recruitment agencies across the UK who are committed to diversity, inclusion, and developing the next generation of top-performing recruitment consultants. Our partner agencies are hiring at intermediate and senior level across multiple specialist markets across the UK.
The Role
- Run a full 360 recruitment desk within a specialist market
- Win new business and develop long-term client relationships
- Build and manage a profitable candidate and client pipeline
- Recruit and place candidates up to senior level
- Source, qualify, and represent high-quality professionals
- Manage billings, KPIs, and revenue targets
- Operate in a high-performance, sales-focused environment
We're looking for consultants with:
- A track record of successful billings in an agency setting
- Proven ability to win new business
