We're hiring entry-level Recruitment Consultant roles across London to join award-winning recruitment agencies through Programme One. This is a sales-focused recruitment role (not HR or admin) offering high earning potential, commission, and fast career progression.

Programme One is a platform focused on removing barriers faced by Black talent and improving representation across the recruitment industry. We partner with leading recruitment agencies across the UK who are committed to diversity, inclusion, and developing the next generation of top-performing recruitment consultants.

The Role

  • Generate new business through cold calling, video calls, email, and networking
  • Build and manage relationships with candidates and clients
  • Develop expertise in a specialist market (e.g. Tech, Finance, Legal, Life Sciences)
  • Source candidates via job boards and LinkedIn
  • Manage KPIs, targets, and pipeline activity
  • Conduct virtual and face-to-face interviews and client meetings
