We are seeking a motivated and results-driven IT Sales Specialist for a contract role to help drive business growth in the UK region. You will be responsible for selling a range of custom software development, web and mobile solutions, IT consultancy, and digital transformation services to clients across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities in the Europe market.
  • Present tailored IT solutions and service offerings to potential clients.
  • Build and manage a sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, and inbound leads.
  • Conduct sales presentations, demos, and client consultations.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to meet revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction and solution alignment.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities and progress using CRM tools.
  • Report weekly/monthly sales performance and forecasts to leadership.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in IT services, preferably in the UK or European market.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), digital transformation, or managed IT services.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver results in a contract-based environment.
  • Self-starter with a passion for technology and client success.
  • Experience using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho).
  • UK-based or authorized to work in the UK (remote work permitted).
