We are seeking a motivated and results-driven IT Sales Specialist for a contract role to help drive business growth in the UK region. You will be responsible for selling a range of custom software development, web and mobile solutions, IT consultancy, and digital transformation services to clients across multiple industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities in the Europe market.
- Present tailored IT solutions and service offerings to potential clients.
- Build and manage a sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, and inbound leads.
- Conduct sales presentations, demos, and client consultations.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to meet revenue targets.
- Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction and solution alignment.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities and progress using CRM tools.
- Report weekly/monthly sales performance and forecasts to leadership.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in IT services, preferably in the UK or European market.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), digital transformation, or managed IT services.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and deliver results in a contract-based environment.
- Self-starter with a passion for technology and client success.
- Experience using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho).
- UK-based or authorized to work in the UK (remote work permitted).

- Prior experience working with offshore/nearshore software development companies.
- Existing client network or industry contacts in the UK tech landscape.
