About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to join the Financial Services team, leading a team of four colleagues to bring our people strategy to life and drive business performance through engagement, development and retention of talent.

We operate with integrity and therefore you’ll need to adhere to ethical standards in accordance with Mercedes‑Benz AG Policies and the Company’s Compliance Guidelines and Policies including Anti‑Bribery and all relevant competition law.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of four HR colleagues to implement people strategy, driving engagement, talent development, and retention.
  • Build and sustain credible working relationships across the business and influence senior leaders.
  • Collaborate at senior management level to guide people‑related decisions that enable growth and agility.
  • Apply UK talent market insights and employment legislation expertise to support business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Proven people‑leadership experience with strong business awareness and commercial acumen.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills.
  • Experience within a financially regulated environment is desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of the UK talent market and employment legislation; CIPD qualification.
