Join us as a Lead Generation Retail Sales Specialist. The role requires engaging with current and prospective customers on behalf of Mercedes-Benz Financial Services (MBFS) through outbound telephony and live chat. The goal is to educate customers on new and used vehicle offers, secure leads for the network, and uphold FCA and GDPR regulatory standards.

Responsibilities
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of FCA regulatory requirements to offer a consultative approach when discussing financial information.
- Through outbound telephony, influence 10% of customers contacted into leads for the network, recommending suitable vehicles and offers.
- Through live chat, influence 25% of customers spoken to on the service into leads, locating suitable vehicles in our Online Showroom.
- Ensure all data and leads processed comply with GDPR, keeping records accurate and up to date.
- Meet all contact quality and regulatory standards, ensuring a high-standard customer experience.
- Collaborate with retailer and dealer networks to share lead and sales opportunities.
Qualifications
- Integrity and strict adherence to FCA regulations.
- Experience in a regulated sales environment is preferred.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of hitting conversion targets.
- Strong rapport-building skills and the ability to quickly establish relationships with prospects.
- Excellent attention to detail with respect to GDPR compliance.
